Grahak Hi Bhagwaan Hai

 When a business is started, the fundamental purpose of the business is to earn profits from the business. The more the profit it earns the more the business can grow. So, when a business tries to earn more profits, it may start focussing more on the numbers and less on the customers. But businesses should understand that customers are the ones that bring in cash in the business and are the source of the profits. “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. Grahak ka kaam nahi hai khud se baat karneka. Aap ko grahak se baat karni hogi aur usko khareedne ko bolna hoga, to hi grahak aap se kharidega.

 

 

It is the responsibility of the business to present itself in front of the customer.
